A great morning. It started with a talk by Heidi from Asda about breast cancer. The iImportant point here is that apparently it is on the increase in MEN. Heidi demonstrated how to check for lumps, bumps and the like, if you missed the demonstration and you are married to somebody who grew them naturally early in life, ask her - it's exactly the same process. Hiedi held a raffle with all the money going to Breast Cancer and the lads really did dig deep into their pockets and she was very pleased with the money she raised

Hiedi always looks after us and today was no exception, she brought about 60 cinnamon doughnuts - absolutely delicious but we didn't find that out until Wednesday because they were froxen. A couple of dozen went then and the rest were left in the fridge. All gone by Friday. Thank you Heidi, they were delicious.

This was followed by a good old sing-song with The Odd Wednesday Men, very reminiscent of my youth at folk clubs, all old sea shanties and similar, really great, a music session at which I knew all of the words.
